What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, subject and message. For technical reasons (to prevent abuse and spam) we also log the IP address and timestamp of the submission.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to respond to the inquiry you sent through the form. The legal basis for processing is the consent you give when submitting the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries we receive.
Data retention
Contact form data is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless a business relationship is established, in which case longer statutory retention periods may apply (e.g. accounting records).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to processing. You may send such a request at any time to info@cebelarstvocvet.si. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts (e.g. Google Analytics). The location map only loads when you click to show it, so your visit is not shared with third parties until then.
